6. Operating instructions

(1) Remote controller switch (operation switch) operation and display

< Please explain to the customer the method of using the switch and it's caution points, and the method of responding
when the inspection display is shown.>
B type remote controller
Method of operation
● button
When stopped : Press once and it will start operation.
When operating :Press once and it will stop.
When the system is stopped with the remote controller, the outdoor unit fan may continue to operate for a while
even though the compressor of the outdoor unit has stopped.

For each time this button is pressed, the operating mode changes "AUTO→ HEAT→ DRY→ COOL→ FAN".

* The temperature cannot be set during fan mode.
* The numerical values in ( ) indicate the cold/hot water setting temperature of the water heat exchanger unit.
AUTO : Automatically cools or heats.
HEAT : Heating operation
DRY : Drying operation
COOL : Cooling operation
FAN : Fan only operates.
An operating mode may not be able to be selected because of the priority of the buttons pressed fi rst on the remote
controller. When the remote controller is used with multi systems, the AUTO mode is not displayed, because it cannot
be used.
● Temperature setting
The following is for setting the temperature.
The temperature cannot be set when in fan mode.
button : Each time this button is pressed the setting temperature is raised by 1ºC.
button : Each time this button is pressed the setting temperature is lowered by 1ºC.

(This is not available for the outdoor air processing unit with direct-expansion coil and water heat exchanger unit.)
Each time this button is pressed the air speed changes "automatic → extreme → strong → weak".
Automatic : The air velocity automatically changes. (In fan mode automatic operation is not possible)
