From the Cover Sheet tab, select a cover sheet from the drop-

down list (you can select a Standard, Business or Professional
cover sheet).

Enter the subject title to be printed on the cover sheet in the

field. Maximum field length is 40 characters.

Enter the message to be printed on the cover sheet in the

field. Maximum field length is 500 characters.
Message
Optionally, check the

the sender's information on the cover sheet. You must
complete the Sender Information tab for this information to
be displayed. For instructions, refer to
on page 59.
Information
Optionally, check the

include the recipient informational the cover sheet. A
combination of recipient information can be printed by
checking the
Name
check boxes as desired.
Optionally, check the

a defined reference number on the cover sheet. Type the
reference number in the adjacent field.
