Recipe suggestions

Belgian Waffles

Ingredients
5 eggs
250 g butter
200 g sugar
400 ml milk
500 g flour
2 packets of vanilla sugar
5 g baking powder
Preparation:
– Separate the eggs.
– Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and store
them in a cool place.
– Beat the butter and sugar together until they
are creamy.
– Add the egg yolks and milk a little at a time.
– Mix the flour and baking powder and add the
mixture little by little.
– Stir in the vanilla sugar.
– Fold in the stiff egg whites and mix the batter
for about 30 minutes.
– Cook the waffles (see the section "Baking waf-
fles") (this can be replaced by a waffle mix).
Chocolate waffles
Ingredients
4 eggs
200 g soft butter
200 g sugar
80 g melted chocolate
200 g flour
150 g cream
Preparation:
– Separate the eggs.
– Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and store
them in a cool place.
– Beat the butter and sugar together until they are
creamy.
– Add the egg yolks and the cream a little bit at
a time.
– Mix the flour and the melted chocolate and add
the mixture little by little.

200 g flour
500 ml mineral water
Preparation:
– Separate the eggs.
– Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and store
them in a cool place.
– Beat the butter and sugar together until they are
creamy.
– Add the egg yolks.
– Mix the flour, spelt whole grain flour and min-
eral water and add the mixture little by little.
– Fold in the stiff egg whites and mix the batter
for about 30 minutes.
– Cook the waffles (see the section "Baking waf-
fles") (this can be replaced by a waffle mix).
