Disassembly
1. Remove plug and drain oil.
a Rotate the shaft while draining the oil.

Track roller: Approx. 420 – 480 cc
2. Remove pin (1), then remove collar (2).
3. Remove floating seal (3) from collar (2) and
roller (4).

4. Pull out shaft (5) from roller (4).
a It is filled with 420 – 480 cc. of oil, so drain

the oil at this point or lay a cloth to prevent
the area from becoming dirty.
5. Remove floating seal (6) on opposite side from
roller (4) and collar (8).

6. Remove pin (7), then remove collar (8) from
shaft (5).
7. Remove bushings (9) and (10) from roller (4).
