Disassembly
1. Remove plug and drain oil.

Idler : Approx. 550 – 630 cc
2. Set idler assembly (1) on blocks [1], remove
bolt and nut (2), then remove support (3).
3. Remove floating seal (4).
4. Turn over idler assembly, remove bolt and nut
(5), then remove support (6).

5. Remove shaft (8) from idler.

7. Remove bushings (9) and (10) from idler.
