TROUBLES AND ACTIONS

ACTION FOR Tilt Bucket Sensor Offline

Phenomena: Communication with Tilt sensor for the tilt bucket
is not established.
Stop the operation and perform the following procedure.
1.
Check if the density of triangle mesh (TIN) of the design
data is high.

If it is 9/m
or more, this message may be easily displayed.

Check if the setting for the bucket is correct on the Bucket
Configuration.
For details, see "BUCKET CONFIGURATION".
If the setting is correct, tilt sensor or wiring harness has a trouble.
Check if the failure code is not displayed on machine monitor, and then ask your Komatsu distributor for an
investigation of the cause and repair of it.

ACTION FOR Sensors are invalid

Phenomena: Sensors (stroke sensing hydraulic cylinder, IMU
sensor, stroke and reset sensor for cylinder, EPC, etc.) of MC
are not connected or faulty.
Check if the density of triangle mesh (TIN) of the design data is
high.

or more, this message may be easily displayed.
Sensors (stroke sensing hydraulic cylinder, IMU sensor, stroke and reset sensor for cylinder, EPC, etc.) of MC
may have a trouble.
