When "Initializing..." Is Displayed While The Machine Travels; Semi-Auto Mode Waiting State; Semi-Auto Mode Operating State - Komatsu PC360LCi-11 Operation & Maintenance Manual

OPERATION
The warning messages of "Initializing..." (satellite communication is in poor condition) are the following warning
messages displayed on the control box.
• "Waiting for satellites..."
• "Waiting for radio link..."
• "Waiting to initialize..."
• "Initializing..."
NOTICE
The purpose of this function is to reduce the case that the function of semi-auto mode is limited while
the satellite communication is degraded.
The accuracy of construction cannot be guaranteed while the warning message of "Initializing..." (satel-
lite communication is in poor condition) is displayed. If the accuracy of construction is required, do not
operate until "Initializing..." is cleared.
When "Initializing..." is displayed while upper structure does not swing and ma-
chine does not travel
(A) Semi-auto mode waiting state
• Even if "Initializing..." is displayed, the machine position is presumed by IMU. The semi-auto mode waiting
state continues within the set time (*1) and within the set cumulative swing angle (*1).
• During waiting state, you can move to semi-auto mode operating state. (To (B) below)
• If "Initializing..." is not cleared although the set time has passed or the angle exceeds the set cumulative
swing angle, you cannot select the semi-auto mode until the system moves to manual mode and "Initializ-
ing..." is cleared.
(B) Semi-auto mode operating state
• Even if "Initializing..." is displayed, the machine position is presumed by IMU. The semi-auto mode operat-
ing state continues unlimitedly (*2) based on the design surface data that is presumed.
• If "Initializing..." is displayed continuously when system moves to the semi-auto mode waiting state, that
state continues within the set time (*1) from the time system moves to the semi-auto mode waiting state.
(*1): Available setting time is 0 second (invalid) to 60 seconds. It is set at 60 seconds when the machine is ship-
ped from factory.
(*2): Available setting angle is 0 deg. (invalid) to 250 deg. It is set at 250 deg. when the machine is shipped from
factory.

When "Initializing..." is displayed while the machine travels

(C) Semi-auto mode waiting state
• If the state becomes "Initializing...", the system moves to the manual mode. You cannot select the semi-
auto mode until "Initializing..." is cleared.
• You cannot set semi-auto mode operating state while machine travels.
