Unable to Regulate Water Flow
Symptom
1. The water valve handle cannot be fixed to a scale.
2. The temperatures of inlet and outlet air cannot be stabilized at the set point.
Find the Cause
On the home screen, tap Maint > Diagnostic Mode > Enter, and set the water
valve opening to a certain value such as 50% or 80%. The water valve feedback
or valve handle cannot be stabilized at the set value.
Cause
The chilled water valve actuator is faulty.
Troubleshooting
Replace the chilled water valve actuator. For details, see NetCol5000-C030 In-

11.3
Float Fault
Symptom
The water level is under the low
float bulb, and the bulb moves
properly. The controller displays
Full water or Drain abnormal.
Find the Cause
After the float bulb is pressed
down manually, the alarm
disappears in about 10 seconds,
which indicates that the float has
become faulty.
Cause
The float is faulty.
