(Bottom Piping for an Example) Connecting Water Pipe Connectors
Remove side panels
Remove screw threads and install pagoda connectors
1. Remove the thermal insulation foams.
2. (Skip this step if the plastic plug is installed.) Use a heat gun to heat the screw threads for about
10 minutes, keeping the gun two centimeters away from the screw threads, until the thread rubber
softens. When heating the screw threads, avoid burning the components and labels around.
3. Remove the plugs.
Install the water pipe adapters first, because it lacks
space to install them after combining the cabinet.
Three water pipes with 25 mm inner diameter can be
connected: (1) rubber hose, (2) aluminum plastic pipe
or PPR pipe, (3) seamless steel pipe. The following
figure shows the connection methods. The following
text uses (1) as an example.
4. (Skip this step if the plastic plug is installed.) Remove the sealant
residues using a steel brush.
5. For internal threads, apply thread adhesive to the first to third
thread circles counting from the pipe outlet inward. For external
threads, apply thread adhesive to the third to second last thread
circles counting from the pipe outlet inward. Based on the
hardening property of yellow adhesive, inject nitrogen and
preserve the pressure only 8 hours after an adapter is connected.
6. Install pagoda connectors.
