Functions

7.1

Locking function

Power is needed to lock Magne. A loss of power will result in unlocking.
Locking:
• Close the door.
• Lock by applying +24 VDC on the locking pin.
Unlocking:
• Unlock by removing +24 VDC from the locking pin.
• Open the door.
7.2

Interlocking function

An interlocking function monitors the door position, open or closed, but it does not prevent
the door from being opened.
7.3

LED Indications

Status LED indications show the status of Magne and its outputs.
Magne 3 and Magne 4 have one blue LED (locked/unlocked indicator).
Magne 4 also has one green and one red LED (Eva position indicator).
