Ingredients
Butter (softened)
Castor sugar
A Grade eggs
4 (approx 60g each)
Banana (sliced)
Walnut (chopped)
Self-rising flour
Cocoa powder
Bicarbonate of soda
Salt
Vanilla essence
700 gms
Method
(1.5lbs)
1) Pour butter, eggs, bananas and vanilla essence into
180 gms
bread pan
180 gms
2) Add sugar and lastly Pour in all dry ingredients
3) Place chopped walnut in the ingredients box drawer
180 gms
4) Touch menu for "CAKE"
100 gms
5) Touch START/STOP to start the program
6) As the cake is mixing use the plastic spatula to
200 gms
scrapin the flour on the sides of the bread pan
7) Once baked, remove bread pan and let cake cool
2 tbsp
completely before pouring out
1/4 tsp
8) Slice and serve
1/2 tsp
