Description of the user interface

11.2 Position data screen

Pressing the "position screen" button in the main screen opens the position data
control screen. It shows a list of the stored position data.

11.2.1 Structure of a position data record

Index:
Number of each stored position
X, Y, Z, A, B, C:
Shows the current position of the robot in the global
coordinate system
Name:
The name of the position (e.g. home position)
S:
Status (for explanations see the KUKA manufacturer
documentation)
T:
Turn (for explanations see the KUKA manufacturer
documentation)
LIN:
1: The robot performs a linear movement
0: The robot moves as fast as possible to the specified
target position
Cont.:
1: The robot rounds the individual points of a movement that
has multiple points
0: The robot approaches each point, briefly stops and then
continues
Done:
Green: Movement command to approach the position point
was transmitted by the Bosch Rexroth control to the robot
controller
Red: No movement command sent
InPos:
Green: The robot has reached the position
Red: The robot is not at the position
Reset/Abort:
Button with the following functions:
Reset the robot system (e.g. after a restart of the training
system)
Abort the running program in automatic mode
