14.2.2 Replacing parts

Use only genuine original spare parts.
When ordering spare parts always state the device type, material number,
year of manufacture and part description.

Immediately repair wear on the WS502 training system if
Work safety and functions do not exist
Consequential damages are to be expected
If elements are damaged, check to see if the wear limit is reached and decide
if replacement is needed immediately or only during the next maintenance.
Repair wear only if
the WS502 training system is located at a site that is safe for the personnel
and
there is no risk to health (falling down, slippery due to moisture, etc.).
After you have repaired the wear and before starting up, have a qualified
specialist check that
the job(s) was/were properly executed and
the WS502 training system is fully operational.
15 Disposal
The training system consists of materials which can be recycled and re-used.
Specialized companies can recycle this training system to extract recyclable
material and minimise the quantity of materials that need to be discarded.
Dispose of the training system according to the local and statutory provisions.
Water-polluting substances such as cleaning agents containing solvents must not
get into the soil or the sewerage system.
Operating and auxiliary materials must be kept stored, transported, collected and
disposed of in appropriate containers in accordance with the statutory provisions.
In case of doubt get information about the type of storage and disposal from the
respective material manufacturer or material supplier.
