O If there are issues with charging or data transfer, clean the contact points on the product and the cradle with a
damp cotton bud and allow them to air dry.
O If product operations become unstable or if functions do not operate correctly, perform a system reset (hold

sleep mode and the display turns off. This is not a
malfunction as the display is restored when you press a
button or move the product. If the display still doesn't
