Troubleshooting

Problem
Bucket does not open or close.
Possible Cause
1. Electrical circuit issue.
2. The fuse(s) are blown.
3. There are loose power or earth
connection(s).
4. There are disconnected wire(s) at
system terminal(s).
5. There are open or short circuit(s) in the
wire(s).
6. The wire harness relay(s) are not
functioning correctly.
7. The loader arm/attachment tilt lever
contacts are not functioning correctly.
8. The valve manifold solenoid(s) are
not functioning correctly (Resistance
across solenoid terminals should be
approximately 6.5 ohms).
9. The hydraulic coupler(s) are not
completely connected.
10. There is moisture between the valve
solenoid coils and the valve solenoid
shaft.
11. The valve manifold and/or an internal
valve is not operating correctly.
12. There is an obstruction in a hydraulic
hose.
13. The auxiliary valve on the traction unit
is not operating correctly.
14. The 4-in-1 bucket hydraulic cylinder(s)
are not operating correctly.

Corrective Action
1. Inspect the wire harness and electrical
connections. Refer to the wiring
diagram.
2. Replace any blown fuses.
3. Ensure that all wire connections are
correctly connected and secure.
4. Ensure that all wire connections are
correctly connected and secure.
5. Replace any non-operational wire
harness(es).
6. Replace any non-operational relay(s).
7. Repair or replace the loader
arm/attachment tilt lever.
8. Replace any non-operational valve
manifold solenoids.
9. Ensure that the couplers are correctly
connected and secured.
10. Remove the nut securing the valve
solenoid coils to the solenoid shaft.
Pull the coils from the shaft and clean
them; ensure that there is no moisture
between the components. Install
the components and tighten the nut
securely.
11. Repair or replace the non-operational
component.
12. Find and remove the obstruction.
13. Repair or replace the valve.
14. Repair or replace any non-operational
hydraulic cylinder(s).
