Safety Precautions
To avoid risks of electric shock, fire, smoke, burns, scalds, injury or property loss
Do not cook on a broken or cracked top plate. If the top plate is broken or
cracked, switch the appliance off immediately at the main power supply
(wall switch) and contact a qualified technician.
Switch off and unplug the appliance from the power supply when it is not
in use or before cleaning or maitainance.
Otherwise it may cause an electric shock or death.
Do not touch the top plate during or immediately after operating the
appliance.
Please pay special attention to residual heat after operation.
Do not use this appliance at the following places.
On uneven surfaces, carpets, non-waterproof surfaces, non-heatproof surfaces or
tablecloths, etc.
Place where it may be splashed with water or near a heat source.
Do not insert any objects in the gaps.
Do not pre-heat the small pot, light pot, pot with thin bottom or curved
pot at the high heat level to avoid deformation of the pot bottom due to
overheating.
Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
Danger of fire: Do not store items on the cooking surfaces.
It may cause a fire.
Do not let your body, clothing or any items other than suitable cookware
be in contact with the top plate until the surface has cooled down.
Handles of saucepans may be hot to touch. Check saucepan handles do
not overhang other cooking zones that are on. Keep handles out of reach
of children.
Otherwise it may result in burns and scalds.
Do not use this appliance for purposes other than cooking.
Do not place a paper or dish towels under the cookware.
Otherwise, the heat of the cookware may cause a fire.
Do not heat an empty pot or heat ingredients excessively.
