Screw the two holding plates (2) to the robot base using the four cylinder
screws (4).
Use the cylinder screws M12x25-8.8 included in the scope of delivery for this.
Tighten the screws with a tightening torque of 86 Nm.
The two holding plates are already installed upon delivery.

Position the crane hook (1) in such a way that is located centrally above the
robot.

Attach four fastening ropes of equal length to the four ring screws (3) on the
two holding plates.
The fastening ropes must be at least 1,500 mm long. When attaching the
fastening ropes, make sure that there is no collision with the sensor skin.
4.
Stretch the fastening ropes so that they do not sag. Neither should there be
any traction. There is a risk of the shipping pallet shifting.
5.
Lift the load carefully and watch if there is a risk that the load may tip.
6.
Move the robot arm to the corresponding installation location.
