Dismantling the juicer

If you wish to dismantle the juicer, e .g . to clean it, proceed as follows:
1) Remove the mains plug 8 from the socket .
2) Open the clamps 4 .
3) Remove the lid 3 with the pusher 1 .
4) Lift up the juice tank 5 carefully . This disengages the filter w from the drive
shaft e . You can now remove the filter w from the juice tank 5 .

Cleaning and care

DANGER – ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Always remove the mains plug from the wall socket before cleaning the
appliance .
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
Always pull out the mains plug before fitting or removing accessories .
CAUTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
To avoid blockage of the juice outlet and/or damage to the appliance, all
fruit and vegetable pulp must be regularly cleaned off the appliance and
accessories . Also clean after every use .
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents to clean the juicer . The appliance
and its accessories may not be cleaned in boiling water .
NOTE
Soiling or overflowing fruit juices should be cleaned away immediately, as
fruit stains are more difficult to remove later .
Switch the appliance on with the On/Off switch 9 .
Clean the appliance housing and the power cable 8 using a lightly mois-
tened cloth .
Clean the pusher 1, the juice tank 5, the separate juice collector t, lid 3
and the container for fruit and vegetable pulp q in warm soapy water and
rinse them carefully .

To avoid receiving an electrical shock, never submerse the motor/
appliance base 7 in water or other fluids .
The pusher 1, the juice tank 5, the lid 3, the separate juice collector
t and the container for fruit and vegetable pulp q are dishwasher
safe and can be cleaned in the dishwasher .
