Tips for safety:
In case of danger, remove the plug from the socket immedi-

Remain alert at all times! Always pay attention to what you

are doing and act with common sense . Never use the appli-
ance when you are distracted or don't feel well .
Ensure that the appliance is completely assembled before

using it for the first time . The appliance can only be started
up once the clamps have been closed . Should the clamps
become loose during operation, the appliance stops auto-
matically .
After using the juicer, always ensure that the on/off switch is

in the "OFF" position ("0") . Do not dismantle the appliance
until the motor has come to a complete standstill .
Do not use the appliance outdoors .

Assembling and operating the appliance

■ Before using the appliance for the first time, clean all component parts
thoroughly as described in the section "Cleaning and care" .
■ Select a safe and secure positioning for the juicer . For optimal handling we
recommend that the appliance is positioned with the power cable 8 running
from the rear of the appliance to the wall socket . All operating elements can
now be directly and easily handled:

► Ensure that the appliance is switched off and the plug 8 removed from the
wall socket before assembling the appliance .
1) Place the juice tank 5 on the appliance base 7, so that the three catches
and the juice outlet 6 grip into in the recesses .
