Troubleshooting
Check the following
Before asking for service, check the following points.
Symptom
The air purifier does not
operate.
Operation does not stop in
"Auto" mode.
The air quality monitor
remains red.
Odors are not extracted
properly.
Impurities are not extracted
from the air properly.
The air filter operates
noisily.
Contact the dealer in the following case:
All operation indicators
(other than the AIC auto or
automatic indicator) flash
continuously.

Check/Remedy
¡Is the power plug connected securely to the wall socket?
¡The replacement indicator ignities.
/ Replace the composite air filter with a new filter and then
press the reset button.
¡The odor sensor and micro dust sensor may be affected by
steam (water vapor), oil fumes, spray or gases from a heater.
/ Change another place for operation.
¡Is the sensor sensitivity set to "High"?
/ Set the sensitivity to "Low".
¡The dust sensor may be contaminated with cigarette tar.
/ Clean the micro dust sensor.
¡The main unit or composite air filter may be dirty.
/ Clean the main unit and composite air filter.
If this does not solve the problem, replace with a new
nano-tech deodorizing filter.
¡The composite air filter may be dirty.
/ Clean the composite air filter. If this does not solve the
problem, replace with a new composite air filter.
(The filter cannot remove toxic substances from tobacco
smoke [such as carbon monoxide].)
Problem with air purifier
/ Disconnect the power plug and contact with authorized dealer,
or where you purchased for repair.
