Dismantling

If you wish to dismantle the slow juicer, e.g. to clean it, proceed as follows:
1) Pull the plug on the mains cable 9 out of the socket.
2) Close the stopper 6 on the juice outlet 5 so that no remaining juice can
drip out.
3) Turn the lid 3 anticlockwise until the
the sieve tray holder 4.
4) Remove the lid 3 with the pusher 1.
5) Carefully lift the sieve tray r with the removable sieve frame t and the
sieve z and the transport screw u from the appliance base 8.
6) Separate all the components.

Cleaning and care

To avoid risks, observe the following safety instructions:
Always remove the plug on the power cable 9 before cleaning the appli-

Never clean the appliance base 8 under running water and never immerse

it in water or any other liquid. The appliance could be irreparably dam-
aged!
Always pull out the plug on the power cable 9 before fitting or removing

accessories.
