Message Cause
Charging station
The contact between the charging
blocked
strips and contact strips may be poor
and the product has made a number of
attempts to charge.
An object is obstructing the product.
The charging station is tilted or bent.
Stuck in charging
There is an object in the way of the
station
product preventing it from leaving the
charging station.
Upside down
The product is leaning too much or has
turned over.
Needs manual
The product is set to the
charging area operating mode.
Next start hh:mm
The timer setting prevents the product
from operating.
The clock on the product is not correct.
Lifted The lift sensor has been activated as
the product has become trapped.
Collision sensor
The body of the product can not move
problem, front/rear
freely around its chassis.
Wheel drive prob- Grass or other object is wrapped

44 - Troubleshooting
Action
Put the product in the charging station
and check that the charging strips and
contact strips make good contact.
Remove the object.
Confirm that the charging station is
placed on a fully flat and horizontal
ground. The charging station must not
be tilted or bent.
Remove the object.
Place the product on a flat, level sur-
face, and start the product again.
Secondary
Place the product in the charging sta-
tion. This behavior is normal and no ac-
tion is required.
Change the timer settings. Refer to
do the timer settings on page 24 .
Set the time. Refer to
date on page 31 .
Free the product.
Check that the body of the product can
move freely around its chassis.
If the problem remains, the message
requires action by an authorized serv-
ice technician.
Clean the wheels and around the
wheels.
Adjust the mower security settings in
Security menu. Refer to Security
the
level on page 25 .
