Assembling the Caster
Arms and Casters to the
Cutting Unit
Parts needed for this procedure:
2 Castor fork
2 Castor bolt
4 Bearing
2 Bearing spacer
2 Large locknut
2 Caster arm
12 Carriage bolt (M10)
12 Locknut (M10)
2 Tensioning cap
14 HoC spacers
4 Shim
Procedure
1. Assemble the caster wheels to the castor fork
as shown in Figure
Note:
Use only the upper axle shaft hole; do
not adjust the position of the caster wheel.

2. Assemble each caster arm to the cutting unit
with 6 carriage bolts (M10) and 6 locknuts (M10)
as shown in
to 57 N∙m (34 to 42 ft-lb).
