Engaging the Turnaround
Mode

Use the traction-unit display screen to engage
Turnaround mode; refer to your traction unit
Operator's Manual.
Important:
Using Turnaround mode with an
equipped flail mower helps prevent premature
driveline wear. You must always have Turnaround
mode engaged when mowing with the flail.
Note:
Turnaround mode allows you to quickly raise
the flail mower above the turf when completing a quick
turn at the end of a mowing pass (or while navigating
around obstacles) without disengaging the PTO.
