Filler Plug
1.
Clean the entire area around the filler plug (26).
2.
Remove the filler plug (26) from the pump (10).
3.
Drain all the hydraulic oil from the reservoir into a
suitable container.
4.
If necessary, clean up the hydraulic oil with a
suitable binding agent.
5.
Dispose of the old hydraulic oil, binding agents,
and used rags only at an authorised waste
collection site.
6.
Use a suitable, clean funnel with a filter.
7.
Ensure that the hydraulic cylinders (37) are
lowered completely and that the compressed-air
supply is disconnected.

Fill the pump reservoir with hydraulic oil halfway.
Rinse the filter.
If the pump reservoir needs additional
hydraulic oil, use only hydraulic oil that meets
ISO 11158 requirements.
If the pump reservoir needs additional
hydraulic oil, use only hydraulic oil with a
viscosity of 15 cP.
The level of the hydraulic oil should be
12.7 mm (1/2 inch) below the hole when the
hydraulic cylinders are lowered.
9.
Screw the filler plug (26) on the pump (10).
Unscrew the filler plug (26) by half a rotation
counter-clockwise.

Compressed-Air Supply

1.
Insert the compressed-air hose through the
compressed-air hose clamp (8).
