18. Ensure that the mechanical lock (17) is
functioning correctly.
There are two ways to ensure that the mechanical
lock is functioning correctly.
Press the end of the pedal marked "PUMP" to
raise the platforms. Observe the locking block
and ensure that its tooth clicks into the
notches of the mechanical lock.
Press the lever to release the mechanical lock.
Observe the spring and ensure that the spring
is released.
19. Secure the protective bellows (5) to the top of
the scissors lift table with the M5 screws again.
Tighten the M5 screws by hand.
Close the snaps (34).
20. Press the lever (2) to release the mechanical lock
(17). Simultaneously press the end of the pedal
marked "RELEASE" (9) to lower the platforms (3)
and (4).

Remove the lever (2) from the handle (1).
Remove the lever's (2) cord from the mounting
bushing (35) and the hole underneath the stop
screw (36). Dispose of the lever (2).

Position the new lever's (2) cord along the
hydraulic cylinders (37) and the mechanical lock
(17).
3.
Insert the lever's (2) cord through the hole
underneath the stop screw (36).
4.
Secure the lever's (2) cord with the mounting
bushing (35).
5.
Place the lever (2) on the handle (1). The magnet
will hold the lever (2) to the handle (1).
