In Startup and Recovery, click Settings.

Type a file name to store the debug information in the Dump file text box, and then click OK.
Note the following when specifying a dump file:
We recommend specifying Kernel memory dump for Write debugging information.
Specify a drive that has a free area of at least "total size of physical memory" + 400 MB (total size of
physical memory + 1,100 MB when the total size is 4 TB or more).
The size of the debug information (memory dump) changes if DIMM is added. Make sure that the free
space of the drive to save the debug information is sufficient.
