Check BLF indication
for station.
1. Reset/replace GCD-4LCA/GCD-8LCA and test.
2. Perform Second Initialization, and test; then
perform First Initialization and test.
3. Change GCD-CP10 and test using default
program.

problem is intermittent.
Check GCD-4LCA /
GCD-8LCA for ring voltage
output with AC meter.
