5. Attach the cord (A) of the operator presence control
on to your arm or to your clothing.

6. Turn the emergency stop button (C) clockwise to
make sure that it is disengaged.

7. Do a check of the LED indicator (B) to make sure
that there is no error.
8. Turn the ignition switch (D) clockwise to start the
ignition. The LED indicator (B) becomes red.

9. Turn the throttle control (E) clockwise to idle speed
position (F).
10. When the LED indicator becomes green, turn the
ignition switch (D) clockwise to start the engine.
11. To adjust the engine speed, do these steps:
a) Push the throttle control to decrease the engine
speed.
b) Pull the throttle control to increase the engine
speed.
To control the operation direction
During operation, the product can pull to the sides. The
direction of the pull is related to the direction of rotation
of the grinding head and how the product is operated.
Always keep the 2 wheels on the ground during
operation of the product.
Apply the side forces on the handle to steer the
product.
Always hold the handle tightly with 2 hands to stay
stable and make sure that the product does not
move laterally.
To stop the product
CAUTION:
from the surface when you stop the engine.
The tool plates rotate for a while after the
engine stops. Dust can go into the air and
the surface can become damaged.
CAUTION:
become stationary until the tool plates stop
fully.
