information registered in the
printer. Change paper setting
from the application or the driver.

Solving Problems
Condition/solution
To change paper information that was registered using Epson Media
Installer, load the paper and then use the control panel.
You can also use Epson Media Installer to change paper information
for paper that has not been loaded.
Depending on the version of Epson Media Installer you are using,
you may not be able to change the paper information.
Check the media settings on the driver to determine which media is
being used. To change the media, select Paper Setting > paper
source > Change Paper type > Paper Type, and select the media
that matches the driver setting.
You can also select Use Printer Settings when you select the
media, which will default to the paper that is set on the LCD screen.
The cutter has worn out. Replace the cutter.
Enter the correct values for the IP address and the default gateway.
Check with your network administrator if you do not know the correct
values.
