Product Stops Printing Unexpectedly

If your product stops printing unexpectedly, try these solutions:
• Make sure the power cable is securely connected.
• Check the messages on the control panel. If an error has occurred, follow the instructions on the
screen to clear the error.
• If an error occurs during printing, the print queue enters Pause status and stops printing. Do one of the
following to check the status of the print queue:
• In Windows, double-click the printer icon in the Devices and Printers, Printers, or Printers and
Faxes folder; if printing is paused, open the Printer menu and clear the Pause check box.
• On a Mac, select System Preferences > Printers & Scanners or Print & Fax > Open Print
Queue. Double-click the icon for any printer that is Paused and click Resume Printer.
