INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this manual is to provide the necessary proce-
dures for the site installation of a Mass Storage Expansion
Drawer (Drive) MSU9l05/9l06 into a Mass Storage Unit MSU9l01/9l02
free-standing cabinet.
The MSU types are defined as follows:
MSU9101 - 37- or 33-megabyte mass storage unit in free-
standing cabinet.
MSU9l02 - 75- or 67-megabyte mass storage unit in free-
standing cabinet.
MSU9105 - Expansion drawer for 37- or 33-megabyte mass

MSU9l06 - Expansion drawer· for 75- or 67-megabyte mass
storage unit.
After the expansion drawer has been installed in the free-
standing cabinet, refer to MSU9l0l/9102 Mass Storage Unit Instal-
lation Procedure Manual (Order No. FX73) for system cabling and
power-up instructions.
