Sending via email
Tap
at the Note Pad screen, and select Send Email.
Enter or select the receiver and send the Note as email attachment. For
details of sending email attachments, please refer to the Sending Email
section.
Sending via SMS
Tap
at the Note Pad screen and select Send SMS.
Enter or select the receiver and send the Note as an SMS message. For
details of sending SMS messages, please refer to the Sending SMS Messages
section.
Beam via Infrared
This feature enables you to exchange notes between two 388 handsets.

Tap
at the Note Pad screen and select Beam Note. Or you can tap on
the
on the upper right hand of the display. The following display
will appear.

At the receiving 388, tap

Align the two 388 infrared ports, adjust the angle and the distance
between the devices and the transmission will start instantly.

If there is any interruption or error occurring during transmission, an
error message will be displayed.
