Date and Time
Tap on Date and Time under the Initial Setup screen, the following screen
will be shown
Daylight Saving
You can choose to turn the Daylight Saving mode On or Off. At the Date
and Time display, when it shows Daylight Saving On, tap Daylight Sav: to
turn it Off. when it shows Daylight Saving Off, tap Daylight Sav: to turn it
On.
Time Settings
To set the time:

Tap Time at the Date and Time screen to display a clock settings
dialogue box, prompting you to adjust the time.

Use the up and down arrows to set the time.

Tap OK when done.
Time Format
You can select either the 12 or the 24-hour clock. To set the time format:

Tap the pull down selection box at the Date and Time screen.

Tap either 12-hour clock or 24-hour clock.
The time format will be changed and you will return to the initial set up
display.
