Using Diagnostic Tools

The NetDefend firewall is equipped with a set of diagnostic tools that are useful for
troubleshooting Internet connectivity.

T raceroute Display a list of all routers used to
connect from the NetDefend firewall to a
specific IP address or DNS name.

hackers.
P acket Sniffer Capture network traffic. This information is
useful troubleshooting network problems.
