Description

was reconstructed.
A hard error on a parity sector could not be corrected.
A hard error on a data sector could not be corrected.
A hard checksum error was detected on a data transfer from
the host.
A soft checksum error was detected on a data transfer from
the host.
Inconsistent write or time stamps were detected in a RAID
group.
Inconsistent time stamps were detected in a RAID group on a
verify.
A disk module was shut down.
A checksum error was detected on a read from an individual
disk. No data transfer was involved.
Data and parity in a RAID group were inconsistent.
