Remove the following FRUs:
• Front cover. See page 96.
• Back cover. See page 98.
• Stapling unit. See page 104.
• Flipper assembly. See page 115.
Face the back of the multifunction finisher.
Unplug three cable connectors (callout 1).
Remove the plastic e-clip (callout 2), and then remove the round plastic cover (callout 3)
from the timing-belt gear.

Face the right side of the multifunction finisher.
Open the jam-removal cover (callout 4).
Remove two screws (callout 5), and remove the metal frame panel.
