• Use an HDMI cable with tile HDMI logo (see the cover).
• Use an HDMI mini connector on one end (lot the camcorder), and a connector suitable lot connection lit
your TV on tile other end.
• hnages are not output fl:onl the HDMI OUT jack, if copyright protectkm signals are recorded in tile
images+
• Some TVs may not fllnction correctly (e.g., no sound or image) with this connection.
• Do not connect the HDMI OUT jack of your camcorder and HDMI OUT jack of the external device with
the HDMI cable. This may cause a malflmction.
• When connected tit another device compatible with 5.1ch surround sound using the HDMI cable
(optional), the movie recorded with HD (bigh definition) image quality and the 5. lch sound is
automatically output in tile 5.1ch sound. The movie recorded with SD (standard delinition ) image quality
is automatically converted to the 2ch sound and output.
