It indicates that trouble (media error) occurred in the logical disk (number: dddd,
name: eee...e) of disk array (name: aaa...a).
aaa...a : Disk array name
bbbbb : Product ID of disk array (for example, S2100 Disk Array etc.)
ccccc : Serial number of disk array
dddd : Logical disk number
eee...e : Logical disk name
Check the status of the logical disk with the trouble and perform the appropriate
maintenance.
