It shows that an error has occurred in accessing the file indicated with aaa...a.
In this message case, the environment of environment definition file
(/etc/iSMsvr/iSMsvr.conf) or control file (files under /opt/iSMsvr/etc.) may be in
an incorrect status.

Resolve the problem by checking the file path name, function name and error
number, and restart iSM server.
