Other program is using the applicable volume. Terminate the program, execute
iSMrc_umount, and then disconnect the volume.
ERROR
Connection of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 failed.
If a user ID is specified upon execution of a command, the specified user ID and
password are used for connecting to Microsoft SQL Server 2000. However, if a
user ID is omitted, user name and password of Windows login account are used
for connection. Check that the user ID and password are correct, and then retry
command execution.
