Connecting to a Stereo

Inserting the ONdigital

SMARTCARD

The viewing Smartcard must be inserted into the Smartcard slot at the front of the receiver in order
to view ONdigital channels.
Remove the Smartcard from the ONdigital envelope supplied with the receiver and insert it into the
Smartcard slot on the front of the receiver. The arrow should be pointing to the slot and the gold
chip should be facing up. Push the Smartcard into the slot until it stops. The end of the card will still
protrude from the slot.
NOTE:
Caring for the Smartcard
• Only insert or remove the Smartcard when necessary.
• Do not bend the Smartcard.
• Do not get the Smartcard wet and do not clean it with cleaning fluids, etc.
• In the event there is any problem about the Smartcard packed with the receiver, get in contact
with ONdigital Customer Service at 0870-600-9696.
