Correct tension
Adjusting the thread tension may be required depending
on the type of fabric and thread being used

@_ Needle thread
Lower looper thread
(_ Right side of fabric
(_ Upper looper thread
Thread tension adlustment
* Set all three thread tension dials at "3" Then sew, and
check the thread tensions
Incorrect tension
Needle thread is loose.
Tighten needle thread tension
C) Wrong side of fabric
(_) Needle thread (_ Upper looper thread
(_ Right side of fabric (_ Needle thread tension (L)
(_ Lower looper thread _) Needle thread tension (R)
Incorrect tension
Lower Iooper thread is tight and/or upper looper thread is
loose
Loosen _ower looper thread tension and/or tighten upper
looper thread tension.
