Trouble shooting

Should an error occur, first check the following points. If the distortion is still not eliminated, the
projector should, if possible, be checked on another computer and/or with another data cable.
If you cannot solve the problem, contact our customer service centre.

Alarm indicator on the projector operator panel

Alarm indicator lights up red
Replace the projector lamp.
Alarm indicator blinks red rapidly
The projector has overheated.
► Turn the projector off and let it cool down.
Alarm indicator blinks red in intervals
The projector is being shut down due to overheating.

The remote control does not work.

Batteries may be empty.
► Change the batteries (see "Replacing batteries").

Problems with the projected picture

No display (power indicator does not light)
► Check whether the power cable is connected correctly on the projector and to the mains outlet.
► Check whether the mains socket is live.
No picture (power indicator glows orange)
► Check whether the projector is switched on.
