INSPECTION AND REPAIR

BEARINGS AND OIL SEALS

1. Inspect:
• Bearing
Perforated / Damaged
• Oil seal lips
Damaged / Worn

CRANKCASE

1. Thoroughly wash the halves of the crank-
case with mild solvent.
2. Clean the whole surface of the joints and
the crankcase.
3. Inspect:
• Crankcase
Cracks / Damaged
• Oil supply conduits blocked
with compressed air
