Setting the Display of Names, and Departments
When you call another user, your IP phone searches for the information about the user in the
Contacts and HWServerAddress list and displays the name and department of the user on the
screen for you. You can specify the enterprise address book path and port on the web page, as
shown in
Figure 3-18 Setting the display of names, and departments
After you complete the settings, the name and department of the peer user will be displayed
on your IP phone when you make or receive a call.
