4.14.2 Using the Linkage eSpace

When the eSpace is associated with the IP phone, the IP phone will report the agent status to
the eSpace. eSpace can replace the IP phone to answer or reject calls or directly forward calls.

When a call comes in, the eSpace client and IP phone ring simultaneously, as shown in
