I have my IAD(8)-U10 ETU behind a Firewall Router. What settings are required on
the IAD(8)-U10 ETU?

The IP Address of the Firewall Router must be configured on the IAD(8)-U10 ETU
page. Refer to Section 2 Card Configuration Program Menus on page A-2.

configured behind a NAT firewall router. I continue to get receiver "MGC not found" in
the display of my IP phone.

Users can access the Echo Fine Tuning configuration mode by pressing "EXIT" +
"EXIT" + "HELP" + "FEATURE" + "EXIT".

When the IAD(8)-U( )ETU is behind a firewall router, the router should be
configured
IAD(8)-U( )ETU to be directed to the IP Address of the ETU.
Configure the firewall router to forward any packets that it receives on the
public side for UDP ports that are used for Megaco call control or UDP to
the IAD card.
Make sure that there are no Firewall restrictions against the IAD ETU
sending UDP traffic out on these Megaco and RTP ports.
Set the MGC address in the IP Phone to the Firewall Address of the IAD card.
On the Ports page of the IAD card's web configuration interface, uncheck the
"Outside Firewall" box for this IP Phone, since there is no firewall router on the
IAD ETU.
