5.7.

Silent Mode

To switch the Silent mode on/off:
press the
key and

or Off. The display will show Silent mode, when this option is switched on. When the
user switches it off the display text will disappear.
5.8.
Transfer or Hold Phone Calls
The handset allows you to transfer and hold phone calls. Transferring a phone call is
used to hand over a phone call to another phone. Holding a phone call can be used
e.g. to gain information by calling another number. The original phone call can be
taken back once the information is gained.
5.8.1. Transfer a phone call

key to place the call on hold.

Microphone Mute

The microphone mute option disconnects the microphone of the handset temporarily.
The person at the other end can be heard but cannot hear you. This can be handy
when consulting a colleague. The microphone mute can be activated or deactivated
during conversation by pressing the
display shows MIC. MUTED.
