PERSONAL PHONE BOOK

6.1.
Personal Phone Book
The personal phone book is a list of names and numbers, which can be filled out by
the user. This list is stored in the handset and can contain up to 80 entries. The
personal phone book enables you to add, edit or delete entries. These features are
described in the following sections.
6.2.
Add Personal Phone Book Entry
The add new option is used to extend your personal phone book with names and
corresponding phone numbers (records can be up to 24 digits in length).
If the phone book contains 80 entries it is not possible to add a new entry.

To add a personal phone book entry:
1. In the stand-by mode (on-hook) enter the number to be stored.
2. Press the
STORE NO? and the number just typed in.
3. Press the
type in a name using the alphanumeric keys. The key assignment for entering
characters is given in Table 2-2 "Supported characters".
